Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates 11,187 SF Sale of 96,957 SF Development

PHOENIX, Aug. 8, 2017 – Cushman & Wakefield, on behalf of Silagi Development & Management (SDM) of Thousand Oaks, Calif., sold Building C at Chandler Airpark. All In One Posters, a leading labor law poster provider based in Buena Park, Calif., purchased the building located at 2120 S. Douglas Drive in Chandler, Arizona for $1.5 million.

All In One Posters signed a lease agreement, with a purchase option for Building C, back in May of 2017. The company occupied the 11,187-square-foot (sf), single-tenant industrial building in June of 2017. Paul Boyle, Pete Klees and Rick Danis of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, SDM, in the transaction. All In One Posters was represented by Adrienne Bryant with Bryant Commercial.

“Chandler Airpark is a ‘one-of-a-kind’ development in this submarket, offering single-tenant buildings both for sale or lease. Each building offers speculative office buildouts and outside fenced storage yards. Activity has exceeded expectations at the development,” says Paul Boyle, Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield.

Chandler Airpark is a Class A business park featuring six single-tenant industrial buildings. The buildings range in size from 11,187 to 22,874 sf and feature upscale speculative office buildouts, 18-20 foot warehouse ceiling clear heights and three phase 600 amp power. In addition, each building has outside storage yards and all six buildings offer grade level loading, with four of the buildings also offering truckwell loading.

The project from SDM, totaling 96,957 sf, has four single-tenant buildings remaining, ready for immediate occupancy with built out office suites and can accommodate industrial, manufacturing and distribution users. The project is being represented by Paul Boyle, Pete Klees and Rick Danis of Cushman & Wakefield.
